Reset your password

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it yourself in under a minute without contacting support.

Steps

1. Open the Sign In page.
2. Click 'Forgot password' under the password field.
3. Enter the email you signed up with.
4. Check your inbox for a secure reset link from Jenvu.
5. Click the link, choose a new password and sign in.

Not receiving the email?

• Check your Spam / Promotions folders.
• Confirm you used the same email address you signed up with.
• Add support@jenvu.net to your contacts and try again.
