- London open (07:00–10:00 UTC) — First "judas swing" of the day. Price often raids one side of the Asian range, reverses, and runs in the true direction.
- New York open (12:30–15:00 UTC) — Largest volume. NY usually either confirms London''s direction or sets up the New York reversal around 14:30 UTC.
